The Soprano Family of platfors are freestanding, portable units and require minimal site preparation. They use a standard wall outlet and transport easily from room to room or between facilities.

All Soprano systems come with a 1-year warranty. You'll receive the system, 810 diode (hair removal) handpiece, 1300 NIR (dermal heating) handpiece, system installation, in-service training and the following parts:

  • 1 power cord
  • 1 operator's manual

Shipping and installation requirements

The Soprano can be shipped anywhere in North America. It needs no special receiving facilities, as it is small enough to fit on any elevator. It uses any standard wall outlet.

  • Space should be allocated with adequate ventilation and free airflow
  • The system should be connected to a dedicated circuit
  • Room temperature should ideally be between 20° and 25°C, with a relative humidity less than 80%.
