Female 81, with hands flaccidity. 15 days after 2 sessions at 1 month interval between sessions with the Bipolar and Unipolar handpieces. 1st - 3 passes with the Bipolar @ 80-90W until the achievement of patient tolerance to temperature at 41-45°c. Maintaining 1 minute at the temp of tolerance. Thereafter 3 passes on flaccidity vectors at 90W. 2nd - 3 passes with the Unipolar @ 130-1400W until the achievement of patient tolerance to temperature at 41-45°c. Maintaining 1 minute at the temp of tolerance. Thereafter 3 passes on flaccidity vectors at 150W.
